WEEK 13: PROTOTYPE TESTING


Objectives: 
  • To discusses on the result, analysis and performances that are encounter in the final result.
  • To evaluate the effectiveness and ensure whether it had meed the outlined objectives successfully.
  • To compare a result from three different methods.
Content / Procedure: 
  • Make a comparison table between the three methods which is prototype testing, calculation and simulation.
  • Make an analysis for inverter circuit.
  • Do a hydroelectric prototype troubleshooting.
  • Check the output current either the load can be powered or not.
Result and Analysis:
  • A power inverter is a device that converts DC 9direct Current) power into AC (Alternating Current) power. 
  • The output is 230 VAC, 50 Hz. the circuit test was done using a Multimeter.
  • The picture and result for hydroelectric prototype was shown below:

  • Based on the the inverter circuit result, the overall result can be considered good and on the track.
  • The current output produced by hydroelectric generator is suitable to be use by common electrical and electronic equipment such as Laptop. Charger Hand Phone, Water Heater and so on.
  • The testing result is been compared with another two methods; which is simulation and calculation result.

  • Based on the table, it clearly shown the errors of all result that have been used in this project.
  • The result get for the prototype hydroelectric generator is considerably accurate and precise because of the lower errors percentage.
Conclusions
  • The result got from a simulations and calculation is accurate and ideal because both method was done by following the theory.
  • The practical result was been expected have some errors based on many consequences can happen like  human error and etc.
  • The hydroelectric generator performance is good and shown the right characteristic according to objectives.
